Updated Cell Phone Policy:

On June 26, 2025, the Zillah School District adopted an updated Policy 3245 and Procedure 3245P for student telecommunication devices that optimize instructional opportunities for students.

In short: NO CELL PHONES, NO HEADPHONES, NO EAR BUDS, or other electronic devices during class. Students may only use these items before school, during scheduled breaks between classes, lunch, and after school.

If a student has any of these items out during class, the items will be confiscated and the student will face progressive discipline.

Mr. Charbonneau and Mr. Phillips will meet with all students during class meetings to review the policy, as well as the full student handbook, in class meetings during the first few days of school.

However, we ask that parents help emphasize the importance of staying on task at school, and off of these devices. For more information, please see the Zillah School District statement here: https://www.zillahschools.org/apps/news/article/2085313
